Our coach Serge runs small and very effective gym sessions which target strength, speed and endurance, using no-nonsense, well proven Eastern Block training methods. The exercises are the same as used to coach the national canoeing squads of Soviet Union and Australia. The routine is tailored to your fitness level. Two sessions a week will take your fitness to a whole new level, whether you're recovering from injury or an ex-olympian! All club members are more than welcome to come down. Please let Serge know if you will be attending. There is never a bad time to start. Cost per session is $5 and is not included in the Club membership fee.
